We all want to be taller. Most of us will try to “stand up straight” to achieve this, but find it hard to maintain.

The missing ingredient is knowledge of your own body, how it works and how to make habit change.

Most of us know what we “should do” but that’s not enough. You need a barometer of what’s good and you need to reinforce the new habit - a skilled teacher can help.

You want to do this in a way that doesn’t feel forced or artificial, and that’s where my knowledge come in.

I am an expert in posture. How to sit, how to stand, how to bend. How you use your body in your daily life affects how you feel. This can be taught through individualized coaching sessions in which I’ll figure out what your goals and concerns are and we will look for solutions to solve those problems. I will teach you how to observe yourself and build a new type of awareness. This builds alignment which builds confidence, engagement, and poise.

I’m a skilled teacher in the Alexander Technique with 1600 hours of training. This method has been employed by many performers such as: Paul McCartney, Patrick Stewart, Judi Dench, Alan Rickman, Hugh Jackman, and Paul Newman to achieve a confident and dynamic body posture. This technique is often referred to as “the actor’s secret.”

Christopher Reeve studied the Alexander Technique. Look at what he’s doing right here to transform from Clark Kent to Superman. This could be you!
